  3. Using competency-based screening tools and testing software. All candidates we identify are assessed against a tiered rating scale linked to your job description, allowing us to present you with a refined shortlist that matches your exact requirement.

  4. Our expert healthcare consultants are on-hand to advise you throughout the process and handle all aspects of candidate communication. Arranging interviews, providing feedback, and managing the job offer.

Care Homes

A care home is a communal setting where nursing, and or personal care, and accommodation are provided together. The accommodation is purpose built and residents have their own bedroom, usually with an en-suite bathroom. All meals and refreshments are provided, as are housekeeping services such as laundry and cleaning.

LCG Care can provide your care home with fully qualified, highly trained and compassionate staff. For more information on how we can help you, contact us.

Nursing Homes

The key difference between a nursing home and a care home lies in the level of medical care they provide. Nursing homes offer 24/7 medical care, including nursing support, for residents with more complex health needs. Care homes, on the other hand, offer personal care and support, but generally have less emphasis on medical care, unless it's a basic level of assistance.

Residential homes for the elderly support people who do not need 24-hour nursing care but are unable to care for their own daily needs and so cannot live independently. They can also offer emergency, respite, short-term, long-term and palliative (end-of-life) care to older people.
